What Is Supported Living?
Supported living is a form of social care that enables adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions or other complex needs to live in their own home or in shared accommodation β with professional support tailored entirely to their individual needs.
Unlike residential care, supported living keeps the person at the centre of their own life. They have their own tenancy, their own front door and their own daily routine β supported by a skilled, consistent team who are there as much or as little as needed.
At Marula Support Services, our supported living service is built on the same person-centred, PBS-grounded values that have driven everything we do since we were founded. We support adults to develop skills, build confidence, engage with their community and live a genuinely full life.

Our Approach
Our supported living service is grounded in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), person-centred planning and a genuine belief that every adult β regardless of their support needs β has the right to live a self-determined, meaningful and included life.
We work with the person, their family, their social worker and their wider support network to build a support plan that reflects who they are, what they want and where they want to go.
