Hear From Our Team
Do not just take our word for it β here is what some of our team members have to say about working at Marula Support Services.
Marula gave me my first chance in care and never stopped investing in me. I have done more training here than anywhere else, and I genuinely feel like part of a family β not just a rota slot.
I started as a support worker with no formal care experience. Five years later I am a senior, I have got my Level 3 and I am working towards coordinator level. Marula actually invests in the people who work here.
Live-in care is a unique role β you really become part of someone's life. Marula prepared me thoroughly, matches me to clients carefully and checks in with me regularly. I feel completely supported.
